For our next destination, The Traveling Palette is heading to the Caribbean! 🌴🌺🍹
This time, we're trading our traditional canvas for something a little different—watercolor greeting cards and postcards inspired by vintage Caribbean travel posters.
I'll have several pre-sketched tropical scenes waiting for you to choose from, featuring sunny beaches, swaying palm trees, colorful umbrellas, beach chairs, flamingos, tropical cocktails, and all the little details that make you dream of an island getaway.
Choose the scene that feels most like your perfect Caribbean vacation and bring it to life with watercolor. Whether you're drawn to a quiet beach beneath the palms, a colorful tropical scene, or a cocktail by the sea, your painting will become a little keepsake from our evening together.
And while we paint, Chef Rudy will take us on a culinary journey of his own, preparing a multi-course selection of small plates inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean.
We'll gather around the tables, enjoy delicious food, sip our favorite beverages, listen to the sounds of the islands, and savor one last little escape before summer comes to an end.
