Join Chef Rudy and me for an unforgettable evening inspired by the beauty, flavors, and timeless artistry of Portugal.
 
The studio will be transformed into a Mediterranean-inspired escape with beautiful blue and white décor, candles, citrus, and the relaxed charm of a Portuguese café. As you settle in, you'll create your own set of four Azulejo-inspired tile coasters—a modern take on Portugal's iconic hand-painted ceramic tiles that have decorated homes, churches, and courtyards for centuries.
 
Using easy-to-follow stencils, you'll paint four unique designs, making the process fun and relaxing for every skill level. Stay true to the classic blue and white palette, or personalize your coasters with colors that complement your own home décor.
 
While you create, Chef Rudy will take you on a culinary journey with four Mediterranean-inspired small plates, thoughtfully prepared to celebrate the fresh, vibrant flavors of the region. Each course is designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, making the evening feel less like a class and more like sharing a meal with friends while traveling abroad.
 
No experience is necessary! I'll guide you every step of the way, so all you need to do is relax, create, and enjoy the experience.
Bring your favorite bottle of wine or beverage to sip while you paint. We'll have wine glasses and aprons waiting for you.
