In this hands-on art class, young artists will travel to a different country each week, discovering its culture, artistic traditions, and unique ways people create around the world.
In this Session, we'll explore five exciting destinations and try some brand-new art experiences! Kids will learn new techniques while creating projects inspired by traditions and art from around the globe.
✈️ Our Session Adventures:
🇯🇵 Japan — Shibori Fabric Dyeing 💙
Fold, twist, bind, and dye fabric to create beautiful one-of-a-kind patterns.
🇪🇸 Spain — Mosaic Art 🎨
Explore colorful Spanish-inspired mosaics and create your own work of art using pattern and design.
🇧🇷 Brazil — Carnival Masks 🎭
Get creative with color, feathers, sparkle, and design while making a festive Carnival-inspired mask!
🇮🇸 Iceland — Northern Lights 🌌✨ - We will add this date in November!
Paint a magical Icelandic night sky on canvas — complete with glow-in-the-dark paint!
Along the way, we'll learn about different cultures, artistic traditions, and techniques while building creativity and confidence. No prior art experience needed!
